Due to set rules and regulations which affect the transportation of hazardous items within the UK, such goods are subject to additional charges. Most hazardous goods cannotbe sent on an Express Delivery.
Items are classified as Hazardous goods and cannot be dispatched to areas outside Mainland UK.
Most paints and Antifouling are classified as hazardous goods and as such may come into problems when delivering. - Privacy & Security
- Antifouling Direct takes privacy and security very serious. All payment information is handled by the Royal Bank of Scotland who provide us with the security and fraud protection our customers need.
- Returns & Replacements
- Goods may be returned for full credit (excluding carriage) within 14 days of receipt without query. We cannot, however, refund or exchange damaged goods, books, charts, software, videos, non-stock items or goods which have been made to order such as rigging, cut lengths of rope, chain & wire. Goods should be returned as new and in their original packing and MUST contain a Returns Form, included with your order, stating the reason for your return and instructions for us to follow. (Please note, if goods are returned without paperwork no credit can be raised). We strongly recommend that when returning goods that you use a carrier that offers a "signed for" service as the goods remain the responsibility of the customer until received at our address below.

Please retain proof of posting and enclose the original dispatch note, along with a contact telephone number, stating the reason for your return. We’ll exchange the item or refund the goods whichever you prefer. - Ordering
- When you place your order with Antifouling Direct it will be processed by RBS Worldpay who will inform us that the payment has cleared, when this has happened we will email you your invoice and allow you to track any orders straight from our site. All orders processed before 2pm will be completed same day. If a product you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery day, and again when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. At busier periods of the year, orders may take longer to dispatch however we will always endeavour to send your order in a timely manner.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We offer Sales or promotional offers from time to time. When taking advantage of one, be sure to read the entire list of restrictions associated with that sale/promotion. If your order does not seem to reflect all the benefits mentioned in the promotion, you may want to review the specific promotion's restrictions found on the product page.
To qualify for a specific promotion, your order must be placed during the specified promotion period. We are unable to apply special discounts to items ordered before or after the dates of a promotional offer. Orders that are shipped to multiple addresses are also not eligible.
We reserve the right to cancel a sale or promotion at any time. - Viewing Orders
- Antifouling Direct has a very advanced ecommerce platform and as such you have many options available to you when you log in to the site. All orders can be viewed, and with our new tracking facility coming online soon you will be able to retrieve information on were your order is from inside the store. Any missing invoices can be printed off in PDF format to allow you to view them on your Home PC, Apple Mac, iPhone, Blackberry, Palm Pre, PDA or any other device.
- Updating Account Information
- Please keep all account information up to date as it will mean the whole experience will take very little time to complete from start to finish on all visits. Please ensure that all payment information such as billing address is correct as RBS Worldpay will not accept transactions were billing address does not match.
